BREATH + MEDITATION
By refining our perception and engaging our intuition we can collect and connect the many parts of ourselves. As a result we feel wholesome, balanced and more at ease with ourselves.
In this weekly class I am guiding you to explore the subtle practices of yoga. We work with our breath and different techniques to ease into a state of meditation. These include visualizations, yoga nidra, taoist practices and the work with crystals.
How does the class unfold?
15 min of movement
15 min of breath
30 min of subtle practices / meditation
*followed by inputs sent via mail to keep the flow going.
Time: 1PM EST | 7PM CET *60min
